Great job! I like how you have the straps, the way that you hold your shield makes all the difference. I'm sure part of your finishing touches consists of foam under the handles so that your shield doesn't crush your knuckles every time you're hit there? Pretty spiffy, really hoping to see them in person some day.

You may also wants some padding on the back towards the point over your knee. Its more annoying then anything having the plywood bang into your knee.

Totally agree with this statement.. just glue a piece of foam on the back where your knee would rest. Otherwise when you get charged your legs and body will not like you so much. Happy you guys went with plywood instead of pure foam.
