So yeah interviews. I've gotten a lot of compliments about the interviews so I would say that they are somewhat of a success. Some of these interviews have been long overdue so for those of you going to Gates, you better be ready. So since NO ONE read the thread on facebook regarding the questions for the interview I will put them here:

"Hi my name is (mundane name), but in Dagorhir I'm called (Dag name) and I am the rank of (Rank) in the Knights Templar."
1. How did you get into Dagorhir?
2. Why did you join the Templar?
3. What do you like most about the Templar?
4. What is your favorite Dagorhir moment?
5. What is your favorite weapon?
6. Do you have any advice for new people?
7. How long do you think you will be in Dagorhir?

And it ends with a "God wills it!"

interviews aren't done for squires, since its a probationary rank and you don't technically become a full Templar until promotion to Sergent.
