Greetings Lords and Ladies, my name is Genevieve and I am a squire in the Catonsville chapter of the Knights Templar.
I am the fourth of five daughters of a lesser English nobleman. I as a woman of my times, I was married off when I was only 15 years of age, but lucky for me, my husband Jean Luc, was a wonderful man and also a member of the Knights Templar. Being Catholic, we had four beautiful children, Jean Luc II, Evangeline, after my sister who passed away, and twin Marie and Tristan.
Unfortunately, as in all war, there are causalities, including my dear Jean Luc. In order to avenge my husband's death and to continue his brave mission for God, I joined the Templar in his place. As if by a trick of fate, the chapter in which I join had a member I was already familiar with; my sister Catherine. When Catherine was only 12, she was sent to the Dominican Sisters to become a nun, but before taking her final vows at 18, she went off to fight for God with the Templar. She had only joined a few months prior to my joining but she is a very experienced fighter and has taken me under her wing.
My children, if you are wondering, are safe at home with Jean Luc's parents and a nursemaid. They are very well taken care of and I look forward to some day returning to them, and not only for a short visit. The Templar have been very welcoming to me and have become like my second family and I am very thankful to have them:)
